ANSWER: The two main parts of the CPU are the Control Unit ( CU ) and the Arithmetic Logic Unit ( ALU).

  1. Distinguish between the USB and PS/2 ports.

Answer: PS/2 ports are generally used for connecting a mouse and keyboard to the computer.

Most of the USB ports in a computer are situated on the back side of the system unit. You can use these devices to connect a pen drive, USB mouse or keyboard and other USB devices.
